Description
Georgia Tech hosts the ME 2110 Competition every semester, where small groups of students must build fully functional robots within a month to compete in autonomous games.
In Fall 2020, the theme was the Olympics . Our robot was required to pick up ping pong balls, shoot "arrows into targets" (launch ping pong balls into specific target cups), and "perform layups" (directly bring the ping pong balls into specific cups).
Our team name was L'MOM: The Lean, Mean, Olympic Machine. Overall, we placed 3rd in the Design Competition for the semester.
